Who we are
We are a community-based nonprofit theatre organization rooted in Pennsylvania, created for people who love theatre and for those who are just discovering it. Our mission is simple and bold: to enrich, empower, and connect our community through accessible, high-quality theatre, education, and collaboration that celebrates local talent and local stories.
We believe theatre should feel welcoming, affordable, and alive. Whether you are stepping on stage for the first time, learning how to run a light board or sitting in the audience with friends and family, you belong here.
What We Do
We build community through the power of theatre by offering experiences that invite participation at every level.
• Mainstage Productions bring seasonal plays and musicals to life, featuring local performers and creative teams.
• Youth Theatre & Education programs include acting classes, summer camps, and after-school opportunities that help young artists grow in confidence and creativity.
• Community Workshops offer free or low-cost learning in acting, directing, playwriting, and technical theatre, because learning should never be out of reach.
• Collaborative Projects connect us with schools, libraries, and community organizations to expand access and amplify shared stories.
Why It Matters
Many artists, families, and young people in our region don’t have access to affordable, inclusive theatre opportunities. Community Curtain Call exists to change that. We are committed to nurturing local talent, creating meaningful partnerships, and building a supportive theatre family where creativity flourishes.
Our vision is a vibrant, inclusive regional theatre community where the arts are accessible to all, voices are valued, and everyone has a place in the story.
